The Kings/Tulare Homeless Alliance is a broad-based coalition of homeless housing and service providers, advocates,government representatives and consumers working together to shape regional planning and decision-making. Our efforts are focused planning, developing and implementing comprehensive and coordinated strategies to address homelessness.
