    Emergency Shelters

    Tulare County has established Emergency Shelters for those in need of resources and information regarding the recent storms.

    Emergency Animal Shelter

    Are you within a mandatory evacuation area or impacted by flooding from recent storms and need shelter for your livestock?

    Tulare County Animal Services has established an animal shelter at the Tulare County Fairgrounds for small livestock: sheep, goats, pigs, etc.

    Animals can be dropped off between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

    Large Livestock -Those in need of housing large livestock will need to submit a Natural Disaster Evacuation - Housing Request form online at: tcanimalservices.org.
