General Contest Rules

Section 73.1216 of the FCC's rules requires all radio stations to follow a specific set of rules when conducting contests. This information is to be posted at the radio station's main office and accessible to listeners during normal working hours. The following is list of rules and regulations for KJUG FM 106.7, KJUG AM 1270, and KCRZ FM 104.9.

WCB ON AIR Contests are open to listeners residing in Tulare, Kings, Kern and Fresno Counties.

Employees, agents, successors, interns, and assignees Westcoast Broadcasting Partners, its advertisers, advertising agencies, or promotional partners are ineligible to win contests. Employees of any radio station in the Total Survey Area as designated by Arbitron, are also ineligible to win contests.

One winner per household per contest/promotion.

By calling the WCB Request Lines: KJUG FM 106.7, (559) 627-5584, Z104.9, (559) 635 9999 or Classic Hit Country AM 1270, (559)741-1270 at any time, you acknowledge that your call and/or voice may be used on the air.

Names and likenesses of contest winners may also be used by WCB and WCB designees for promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

All claims are subject to verification by WCB, whose decision is final.

WCB contests are void where prohibited.

No purchase necessary.

All federal, state, and local laws apply.

Prizes must be picked up at the WCB Studios, unless otherwise stated, within 10 working days of winning the prize. Prizes not picked up within 10 working days will be forfeited. Proof of identity must be presented when picking up a prize.

All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash and/or any other prize.

WCB reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

WCB reserves the right to change contest rules and/or dates at any time without additional notice.

WCB is considered the "Judge." Judges decisions are final.

All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

WCB is not responsible for telephone mal-functions, hang-ups or dropped calls during contest giveaway. In the event of such, On air personality will move to next qualifier caller and award prize.
